Order terms

Plain-language terms for every quote and order from Palm Beach Print Co. Requesting a quote or paying a deposit means you agree to them. Last updated October 28, 2026.

Quotes and proofs

• Quotes are free and valid for 14 days. Your exact price is on your quote; prices on this site are starting points before Florida sales tax.
• Nothing is ordered or made until you approve a proof in writing (email or text reply saying "approved") and the deposit is received.
• Sizes, quantities, colors, spelling and placement are final at proof approval. A typo or wrong size on an approved proof is reprinted at cost. A mistake on our side is reprinted at our cost, fast.
• If you change the order after approval (quantity, product, artwork or specifications), a revised proof and a new written approval are required before anything is ordered.
• Artwork: $0 for print-ready files; $35 for cleanup or redraw of low-resolution art. We do not print trademarked or copyrighted logos (school, team, league, brand) without written permission from the owner.

Deposits, balance and payment

• Deposit: 50% of the quote, or 100% for orders under $150. Balance is due before pickup, delivery or shipping.
• Payment by card or ACH through Stripe (invoice or payment link), or cash, Zelle or check for local orders. Schools, nonprofits and companies may pay by purchase order with approved terms; a W-9 is available on request.
• Sales tax: Florida sales tax plus the Palm Beach County surtax (6.5% combined as of January 1, 2026) is added to taxable orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a current exemption certificate before the order is invoiced.

Turnaround and rush

• Standard turnaround starts after proof approval and deposit: vinyl shirts 5 to 7 business days, DTF shirts 7 to 10, decals and stickers 3 to 5 (printed stickers: vendor time plus 2 days), yard signs, banners, hats and napkins: vendor lead time plus 2 business days. Dates on quotes are estimates unless marked firm.
• Rush: +25% for dates inside standard turnaround, only when our suppliers confirm they can make the date.
• Supplier delay: we tell you the same day with a new date. If a firm event date is missed because of a delay on our side or a supplier's, you choose a full refund or a reprint.

Delivery, pickup and shipping

• Local delivery in Palm Beach County is available on most orders; the delivery window and any delivery charge for small or distant orders are stated on your quote. Pickup is by appointment at the time agreed on your quote. Shipping is available at the customer's cost, with tracking.
• Damaged in transit: send a photo on arrival. We file the carrier claim and reprint.
• Pickup orders not collected within 30 days of the ready notice (reminders at day 3 and day 7) may be donated. No refund on unclaimed custom goods.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

• Cancel before supplies are ordered: full refund minus card processing fees.
• Cancel after blanks or materials are ordered: the deposit covers materials and is not refunded; any balance is waived.
• Custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Only unprinted blanks can be exchanged for size.
• Customer-supplied garments are decorated with vinyl only, at your risk, with a signed note: no replacement if a supplied item is damaged.

Disputes

• If something is wrong, reply to any message from us first. We keep the approved proof, invoices and the delivery or pickup record for every order and will fix a genuine error.
• Chargebacks on orders with an approved proof and a delivery or pickup record are contested with those records.

Texts and email

• We email you about your quote and order. If you check the text-message box on the quote form, we may text you about your quote and order at the number you gave. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Your details are used only for your quote and order and are never sold. See the privacy page.
